Gear box cover tuning...

I took measurement of the cylinders before removing them.


The 1st cylinder and piston. The O ring is hard...


... and the piston slightly marked.



The O ring is deep and the pencil trick worked great again.


Ready to go.


2nd gear cylinder assembly after polishing.



Used this hose to replace the rubber pads (To prevent the cylinder to unscrew)


Setting the 1st and 2nd gears using a dial indicator.


The cylinders have to be screwed in further of about 1/3 of a turn to get a play of the gears of about .4 to .6 mm. I put .5 mm using the dial indicator.


Rebuilt the reverse cylinder; quick to remove anyway.


Ready to close to gear box.



Done except for the fluid (My supplier was out of it).
